1. Introduction

Field Report, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Field Report mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your information.

By using Field Report, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect two types of information:

Information you provide directly:

• Account information: Your email address, used to create and authenticate your account.
• Report content: Any data you enter into reports — including client names, addresses, contact details, service descriptions, photos, line items, and pricing.
• Signatures: Digital signatures collected from you or your clients within the App.
• Client and template records: Information you save for reuse, such as saved client profiles and report templates.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage and analytics data: Collected by Google Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics) to help us understand app performance and fix errors.
• Subscription status: Managed by RevenueCat to determine your plan (Free or Pro Solo). RevenueCat may collect device identifiers and purchase history.
• Device information: OS version, device type, and app version, collected automatically by Firebase.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

Field Report uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, storage, analytics, and crash reporting. Firebase Privacy
• RevenueCat — subscription management and entitlement tracking. RevenueCat Privacy
• Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution and billing. Governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.

We do not integrate with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics platforms beyond those listed above.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by applicable law or for legitimate operational purposes (such as resolving disputes).

Report drafts are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded to our servers unless you finalize and submit a report.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:

• The right to access the data we hold about you.
• The right to request correction of inaccurate data.
• The right to request deletion of your data.
• The right to object to or restrict certain processing.

8. Children's Privacy

Field Report is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
