Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Field Report mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of Field Report, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Field Report is a field service reporting tool that allows solo service professionals to create job reports, collect client signatures, send payment requests, and manage client and template records.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, with or without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use Field Report. By using the App, you confirm you meet these requirements.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@fieldreportapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Field Report offers a free plan and a paid Pro Solo plan. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are governed by those platforms' billing terms.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
- We do not process payments directly — all billing is managed by the platform stores.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Field Report only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the App to transmit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
- Use the App to store or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
7. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create in Field Report — including reports, client information, photos, and signatures. By using the App, you grant Field Report, LLC a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
We do not sell, share, or use your content for any purpose other than operating the App.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Field Report App — including its design, code, branding, and features — belong to Field Report, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or license to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the App as described herein.
9. Disclaimers
Field Report is a reporting and workflow tool. It is not a licensed payment processor, legal service, or accounting platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your reports and for any client agreements or disputes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Field Report, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
